A decent enough Governor, however, I doubt very much that Hillary does what Bill did and picks a running mate from the neighboring state.
Shumlin does not have the gravitas at this point in time, at least, to be considered as a credible VP pick.
He really would bring nothing to the ticket that many much more credible candidates wouldn't bring.
So overall, not a great pick.
