48 hours for the vote fell on Christmas Day.

I do not believe I should be penalized for not voting on Christmas Day.

Christmas Day is a non sitting day, so this bill should have had a 72 hour window in which to vote.

I had planned to vote on the day after Christmas.

Don't sweat it. You'll be active now.

Also, signed.

The SOAP amendment passed after this vote began, the timing was going to be bad either way.

I realize the amendment passed after the vote began, however, it ended on Christmas Day, a non sitting day.  And the Governor cited me for missing a vote.
