Chance Bloomberg runs?

I would have to say in all honesty I believe there is a zero chance he runs.

He will go down in history as a very successful Mayor of New York City, one of the most difficult jurisdictions to govern and one of the largest jurisdiction in the U.S. in terms of population.

He would not want to diminish his political reputation by running what would be a certain loss in a futile Presidential campaign.
