Wow, West Central Pennsylvania is 70% McCain and 28% Obama. Where is that exactly?

From SUSA's Website:
West-Central
1    McKean
2    Potter
3    Elk
4    Cameron
5    Clinton
6    Jefferson
7    Clearfield
8    Centre
9    Cambria
10    Blair
11    Huntington
12    Somerset
13    Bedford
14    Fulton

Basically, the region that is sometimes called "Pennsylvania's Alabama".  With the exception of a few counties - Cambria (Johnstown) and Centre (State College) immediately jump out - it's heavy Republican territory.
