Millsfield, NH did the primary at midnight; I'm pretty sure they're doing the general as well.

Yes they are.  Millsfield will release its results on the town's Facebook page.

According to the Global Times of China, Dixville Notch has 7 registered voters and Millsfield 21.   Dixville Notch has 1 registered Democrat, 3 registered Republicans and 3 independents.  They didn't provide any data on Hart's Location.

Dixville Notch had 9 voters in February.  Did they lose 2 over the last nine months?

Possibly.  The article is from a Chinese News Agency.  Something could have gotten lost in translation.

Trump has the lead again, but Hart's Location is the most Democratic of the three, IIRC

Correct.  Dixville's national PVI is D+8.  Hart's Location is D+15.  Millsfield is R+23.

Are you sure about Dixville?  It was tied in 2012 and Bill Clinton finished 4th there once.

PVI goes back two cycles, and Dixville went massively for Obama in 2008.

Correct.

Inauspicious start. But I've never heard of that third town with Dixville Notch and Hart's Location before, so they could be throwing the numbers off this time around.

Millsfield did midnight voting until the 60s, and revived the tradition this year in the primaries.
