Nobody is listed as the keynote speaker in the article.  Does that mean there won't be one?

That happened in January.  And according to the Alaska Dispatch News, Track Palin is not going to jail - Monday, he entered a plea deal that avoids jail time but requires alcohol treatment.  That plea was entered on Monday, so if Palin wanted to go to the convention, this isn't stopping her.
