Coming from someone who ran for an office he was forbidden to exerce, it sounds really strange.

The Amendment didn't yet pass, and he can't act retroactively, so Kal is free to move how he wants.

He still doesn't get to move for free.

You are right the only question is whether he has to wait 60 days or 180 days. Either way, he is still in Alaska.

You are right the only question is whether he has to wait 60 days or 180 days. Either way, he is still in Alaska.

If he does have to wait, it would be no more than 60 days. Not all of the voting booths were closed before the move was made, so the 180 day rule would not apply.

If I have to wait, I'll wait. Just need to know this for sure, what situation is.

In worst case, I'll run for reelection in December, and wait until taking an oath, if reelected.

You would not be eligible to serve in the NE till the end of December and thus you would be leaving the seat vacant for a week or two if elected.
