If we make it easier to do everything for them on our end, what is to stop us from doing just that? And what will be left for them to do once all is said and done?

The point of this amendment is to resolve issues with the jurisdiction of the federal government as far as policy making matters are concerned.

The resolution seems to take the form of allowing us to essentially dictate 100% of their own policies to them simply by requiring them to do X. I found it annoying last year with healthcare, but I saw and still see clearly just why it is there.
