Two people killed, twenty two wounded according to Boston police so far.

Apparently that have procured a bomb that was undenotated, per CBS.

Possible doubling of wounded. Another hospital is thought to have just under 20 wounded, on top I think Boston Med, which has 19. The former of which hasn't been confirmed though by the hospital.
