Keep in mind that I offered such not as anything personal towards BK, but out of a fear that someone would get deprived of justice in the process, and it seems the people getting most deprived of Justice, is the Justices themselves who after waiting so long to get a case have one that becomes so lame. It is a shear injustice to them for having waited patiently for so long...

yeah, back on task.

Mr. Kingman, do you plan to still serve as the consul for one or both sides in the aformentioned case once confirmed and two, why haven't any briefs been prepared even days after the deadline set by Justice Bgwah has lapsed? Is this not a slap in the face to the Supreme Court? Should it not reflect negatively upon yourself, after having taken the extreme step of being both the prosecutor and defense and thereby heightened expectations with said brazen act, to then fail in your duties to represent not one, but both sides of the case?

Needless to say there is no way in hell that I am voting to confirm a nominee who doesn't respond at all. Even failing to post in the first 24 hours reduces the chances of me voting for them by 50%, alone, regardless of who it is. If it was Duke I would apply the same standard.

You can stick a fork in this one, Duke.
