I like how these are introduced in the last days before my (pending court cases) swearing in. 
I thought it was amusing too. PiT said if he was elected he wouldn't seek an expansion of free trade during his term, yet here he is a few days before he would've (and may sill) been sworn in
I believe that it is being put forward by Jedi, not PiT.
Oh I know, I was referring to his support of it.
Yeah, I wouldn't seek it. I also would not reject an opportunity for expanded free trade that availed itself without any action on my part.
