But seriously, I love the idiots that think Biden "locks up" PA. Sadly, Biden would likely win here very easily (assuming no major gaffe) if he was the Presidential nominee. He's the running mate. He's not going to make a big difference here.

     Kind of like the folks who thought Kennedy could help Obama in CA in the primaries, right?
