     My neighbors across the street have an adult daughter with Downs Syndrome that they take care of. Does that count?

     Regardless, my answer to the question is yes, since my mother is a white person with kids in the neighborhood (rather one kid Wink).

     I'm surprised by how many kids everybody has in their neighborhoods. I'm one of three juveniles in my neighborhood (there was a fourth, but he recently turned 18). Smiley
