     Since the House-passed bills slots are full and since this is out of turn, am I to assume that this is in the Emergency slot?

Oh, are they? My mistake. Yeah, in that case I guess this is. Tongue

     If you close the final vote on the Fair Juror Pay Act, I can just slot it in there.

     You could probably use eminent domain for that. Or perhaps incentivize regions to not deal with them. Just spitballing though.
