Precincts Reported: 463 of 578 (80.1%)
X Mike Quigley (D)   24,369 (69.4%)
Rosanna Pulido (R)   8,435   (24.0%)
Matt Reichel (G)   2,332   (6.6%)

Come on Rosanna stay over 20%, that will make it a mandate.

Mandate for what?  Not totally blowing a special election with especially low turnout?

Clearly this is a referendum against Obama.
