NJ-03 can be taken off of any watch list if Runyan doesn't win the primary.

Fun fact: Leonard Lance is going negative on his primary challenger in NJ-07. It doesn't necessarily mean that this race is competitive, but ...

He's lucky that he has two challengers that will split the nutjob vote.
