Given that Hillary will probably win, the Pubs should really process the Garland nomination, and confirm him if it goes well. I suppose they could stall until it gets closer to the election, to confirm that Trump is DOA, but Hillary will pick someone less to the Pub's liking, and the Dems might well have control of the Senate.

Dear Torie, TRUMP is not DOA. He will be the next president and I suspect he will nominate a very conservative justice. Rafael Cruz comes to mind.

This election was handed to us on a silver platter.  If we nominate Trump and lose, we have no one to blame but ourselves.  And, I think there are plenty of candidates who can appeal to two of the three groups, but finding one who will appeal to all three is the challenge.

You keep saying this, but you don't realize that Trump is the only Republican who can possibly win the election against Hillary. No other candidate currently in the race could do it.
