CIA and GSIA already said that her email server contained information considered classified at the time. I don't know if the material was actually marked classified.

The problem with the email scandal is that it keeps developing and is constant source of negative news coverage. It has already made Hillary change her story a couple of times and contributed to the general impression that she is untrustworthy.

Judicial Watch, which had at least 16 active open-records lawsuits against the State Department seeking emails from Mrs. Clinton or her top aides, said the administration is ignoring its own guidelines in trying to clear Mrs. Clinton.

FWIW, Fox News claims a source told them the FBI is focusing on whether Hillary committed gross negligence or not (pushing the fact pattern into the criminal zone), with obstruction of justice also on the radar screen.

Setting up a private email server could be gross negligence, while deleting emails looks like a classic case of obstruction of justice to me.

She could be fined for the former (some misdemeanor plea), but she should be sentenced to prison for the latter.

What is she conveying?

Is she telling us this is so silly; a right-wing extremist crusade?

Is she asking him to come up with an original question?

Is she laughing because she doesn't want to cry in public as she is very afraid that she is heading to jail?

Other possibilities are too numerous to mention.

Au contraire. The "scandal" may come to a close, but the conspiracy theories and talking points will never end. It's the cycle of Clinton life.

What would be worse for her? A misdemeanor charge here, or a revelation she had an affair with a lesbian call girl?
