BGWAH.....I wonder if he mistakenly does this...or PURPOSEFULLY does this to INSULT bgwah....the way George Bush would say "Sah-DAAM" Hussein instead of "Sah-dahm" during the Gulf War I.
And also how Rumsfeld always says Osama "BIN LAY-DEN" instead of Osama "BIN LAH-DEN". They purposefully mispronounce it to show disrespect and insult to the person.....is this why Attorney General MAS117 is doing this?
