And Graham's threats that repealing DADT would kill the treaty.
I don't understand all the fuss. A renewal of a treaty signed by a Republican president. A treaty endorsed by every living Republican secretary of State. This is as big a no-brainier as they come.

And you can bet your mortgage that Kirk and a few others will jump on the bandwagon seeing as their vote won't count for anything.
