In "Rolling in the Deep," I always hear the last chorus as:
You had my heart inside of your hand, But you played it You played it You played it too deep (instead of "to the beat")
I thought it still fit with the song, though, because it sounded like her lover was too intense or too dependent and that's why they didn't have it all.
In "I'd Really Love To See You Tonight," I hear both "But there's a warm wind blowing, the stars are out" and "But there's a warm wind blowing the stars around." (The second one doesn't make a lot of sense, but I think it's a neat image.) I've seen that line listed both ways on different lyrics sites, and I'm still not sure what the right one is.
In "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road," I always thought he sang:
You can't lock me in your penthouse; I'm going back to my cloud.
instead of
You can't plant me in your penthouse; I'm going back to my plough.
