Well Caddo County did go 52.5% Biden- 45.8% Trump in '20.

'20 Pop numbers are 48% Black and 43% Anglo.

Not sure about off-year TO % numbers without any PREZ or SEN on the mix, although clearly statewide PUBS swept statewide by large numbers...

Still County Sheriff races are such that one would imagine that there might be many White folks willing to vote for a Black Dem for County Sheriff, since we got the whole truism about "all elections are local", and maybe Whitehorn managed to do large scale cross-over voting in after all an election which in most places would be considered a non-partisan election for the new local "top cop".

People trying to read too much into the partisan results might likely be smoking way too much Oregon high THC illicit imports..
