Still seriously--- not only a top notch poster when it comes to detailed GA political analysis, but a strong contributor across the board, especially involving major projects and threads which he has created as a primary contributor, which frequently appear more like Masters level graduate Course Term Papers, despite the fact that sometimes they are edited for brevity and we only see the top-line coverage, making me curious about the details (not that he's not willing to share)
I suspect that most of the HP votes are from folks who disagree with his political opinions on various items elsewhere that don't involve political analysis, and haven't actually taken the deeper dive with the mental equivalent of a slower moving sipping wine or fine Scotch or Whiskey to go through his detailed works and contributions to the Atlas collective body of knowledge, which include rare collections that you will see nowhere else but Atlas / Talk Elections....
