I'd say there's about a 40% chance Trump is indicted.  But even if he isn't, the DOJ could still release all the information they have and Democrats could move quickly to get a third impeachment trial if they hold the House (or even in the lame duck session).

Love to steal top secret documents about Israel's nuclear program for, uh, my memoir.

(and then lie to the FBI about having them and try to hide them from the feds)

Wasn't the Fox-approved excuse a few days ago that Trump secretly declassified all these documents in his head, so it was ok for him to have them?

Would that mean Trump declassified all the top secret details of Israel's nuclear program?  Wonder how Israel feels about that.

Ultimately, I do not believe he will be convicted.  It's just too easy for one numbskull to slip into the jury who, even if they aren't MAGA, will talk themselves into believing that it's bad for the country to convict Trump, even if he is totally guilty.  Or that they shouldn't convict him because it isn't fair that Biden did the same thing and didn't get indicted, or that it's all political, or something idiotic like that.

Damn would I not want to be doing jury selection for this case.  OJ Simpson's trial went through hundreds of potential jurors before they found the 12 who ended up letting him get away with it.  This case could easily take thousands of interviews.
