Harris spoke passed the homeless people in LA when she came down from SF.

Gavin Newsom is getting together with Garcertti to speak about homeless shelters and affordable housing. Harris skipped passed that and went on Talk Show

What is this, some kind of stupid gotcha?  Is she supposed to go visit people in their tents every time she goes to a west coast city?

This is yet another example of her lack of authenticity/principle. If she were authentic/principled, she would have committed to either participating or not participating from the beginning, not change her answer based on negative feedback from one side.

The forum was announced after her fundraiser had already been scheduled.  She probably had to make sure she could reschedule before committing to the forum.  Not that hard.

I mean, the more I think about it, I think Harris is basically cooked even if she were to win Iowa.  She thought she was going to win black voters, but they're sticking with Biden, and stories of his past as Grand Mufti of the KKK haven't scared them off.

Harris got a nice bump when she made a good first impression at the debate and stole some black voters from Biden.  Now they have gone back to Biden.

Unless Biden falls apart, she's not going to win South Carolina, she's not going to win delegates in the south on Super Tuesday, and she's not going to have enough money to compete in California.  We're already only 5 months away from Iowa.

The campaign has a critical choice to make.  Harris can either:
  • All-out attack Biden, maximizing her odds of winning but putting her long-term political career at risk if she cements a reputation as a cantankerous attack dog.
  • Align herself with the far-left and try to steal black voters from Bernie and woman voters from Warren.  Problem is she already tried this at the beginning of the campaign and it didn't work.  Not only do progressive voters not trust her due to her flip-flopping but you simply can't out-Bernie Bernie.
  • Stay on the same path she's on now and be remembered as a big-time flop.
  • Switch to running a super-positive campaign, only barely compete, try to build a more positive reputation and angle for the VP slot.  Cory Booker already seems to be doing this though and he will be better at it due to a much cleaner record.

Since Buttigieg's campaign thread has been un-pinned, is it time to un-pin Harris as well, given that she's running behind him?

It's not "sharing elsewhere," it's using it for the purpose for which it was intended. The whole account exists solely to repost Tweets on Atlas.
you seem to be having some trouble understanding, so let me explain it for you: people are laughing at you because you do that.

People are laughing because I have a sense of humor and I post high-quality content. You are apparently out of the loop and have missed the context behind that account. I will not deign to explain it to you.

You don't post high-quality content.  All you do is insult other posters.  The only difference is you do it via several different mediums to make yourself feel "creative" with your spare time.

Let me guess: You're still mad about the "Leave Joe Alone" post, aren't you?

No, just tired in general of seeing you derail threads with nastiness and patting yourself on the back for it.  Get a life.

More people are going to Cali and getting on SSI under 62 than ever before. Its become the easiest state to get on disability insurance; as a result, vochers for section 8 which are designed for parents with kids under 18 have become obsolute. Now, people on disabily with no dependent kids need those vouchers. That is where Warren's millionaire tax come into play to get those new vouchers. Harris and Leader McConnell and Feinstein won't speak to the voters on this with no town halls; as a result, is putting money into the wall.🤔🤔🤔

And Trump wants another 4 years to take money out of social programs to pay for his wall; as a result, Trump has 8 B in the Bank and owed 235 M in back taxes to pay for his wall.

As someone who can't stand Kamala Harris, I'm sick of this "issue" being brought up.

There's more she needs to fix communication-wise besides town halls with (potentially) carefully selected questions vetted by her staff.

It's just olawakandi bringing it up.  He has a hot take on every candidate that's super-niche and he obsesses over them in every thread.

The hate for her here is almost unbearable.

It's the same people who are praising Jimmy Dore, or recommending posts that do, over in that thread.

The forum is a cesspool of the dumbest people on the planet, don't let it get you down.

https://www.politico.com/news/2019/10/30/kamala-harris-campaign-layoffs-061112

It appears Kamala Harris has gone into panic mode since plunging to seventh place in Iowa polls.* From a former spot on 2nd in early August.

Lets see if this works or if her campaign continues to fall into the dustbin of history.

So far her campaign is following the John McCain 2008 trajectory.
It worked once, so, why not try it again?
