I am probably more 'pro-choice' than most registered Republicans (though I still consider myself pro-life), and I feel like that's become more true since Dobbs. I personally oppose abortion and think public officials should say that it is not good and should be avoided where possible, but I can also see that there are times when attempts to regulate it do far more harm than good. It is more important to me that we take a tack more like "safe, legal, and rare" as a practical way of actually reducing the number of abortions than just trying to pass sweeping prohibitions.
