How prevalent is this gun trafficking business exactly? This is the first I've heard of it.

The South's very lax laws on guns, as opposed to Lincoln's relatively strong gun control, creates a risk of the Southern-Lincoln Border becoming a hotspot for Southerners to transfer illegal-in-Lincoln guns to Lincolnites

So we are going to spend $7 billion to address a hypothetical problem? It seems like a solution in search of a crisis. I should think that existing enforcement is sufficient until shown otherwise.
