If you flip all of Stein's votes to the pro-environment candidate who could actually win, it flips MI, WI, PA, and we aren't in this mess. So no, not "extremely minor" by a longshot.

You really can't just flip all her votes to Clinton like that, because that assumes she was the second choice of every Stein voter.  I imagine there is a small percentage of Stein voters who would vote for Trump if she wasn't on the ballot, let alone Gary Johnson, writing someone in, or sitting out the election altogether.
