Newt Is Running

Newt Gingrich isn't relevant enough to run for president, and he has too much baggage...I mean, two divorces and being forced out of the Speaker position, last holding office some decade and a half ago?  Hell, he endorsed Scozzafava. 

He just teases his name every cycle because it helps his current career as someone who gets paid to talk about politics.  He gets to continue being the "ideas" guy.
