If Republican-controlled state legislatures, with Republican-held governorships, eliminate right to work laws in applicable states, it will be possible.

There is another thread asking about which states may have trends for which one feels uncertain. Well, lacking certainty and confidence is where the Republican Party is heading in terms of its leaders and its direction for how it will operate. Continue with the same people—Mitch McConnell and Liz Cheney (to name two)—and they will go nowhere worthwhile.
