As senator for the midwest (at least until the end of this term, then i become a district senator-oh well...), I support the idea iof a constituion.
We have a pioneering spirit in this region, from the original settlers, coming to this land with nothing but hopes and dreams, to the many presidents of our region, to the election of our nations' first governor, Governor ILV, we have pioneered.
We cannot let our region be the last to adopt a constitution. We may not have beent he first, but we will not be the last.
The midwest needs a constituion.
