A two party system is worse than a one party system? 

I'm pretty sure Hittler, Saddam, and Stalin would all agree with you 100%.

USA is in many way a One Party System on the Congressional level. Vast sections of House Seats are uncompetitive. In State Legislative elections, almost 40% of seats are uncontested. 40% of USA on the State Legislative level are One Party regimes, although at different places the "One Party" is different.

A definite problem, but not how i'd describe it to be honest Wink
