A combination of broader NOVA trends (outer suburban towns like Manassas and Leesburg becoming more integrated into the DC area, Dem trend among suburbs) as well as a large and growing Hispanic population - 31% of the population as of the 2010 census, mostly Salvadoran/Honduran/Mexican.
