Bill Clinton wasn't perfect, but did a lot of good for our country in his eight years in office, and probably took the right course of action on economic matters considering the environment at the time.  Hell, he even let his wife go to Congress and try to get healthcare reform through.  A lot more substantial than the usual "First Lady Project", methinks. 

Tony Blair, an intellectual Brit, played 2nd fiddle to Dubya (well, Cheney really) as he led us into a disastrous Iraq campaign. 

I'll take Slick Willy.
