Interesting map.

Iowa's a little greener than I would have expected, but they've had a few years of legal SSM to figure out that the sky didn't fall and that the institution of the family didn't crumble.



All those neat little river cities in Iowa are far more progressive than you'd think.

That's true, they are progressive.

Also interesting that North Dakota is right at the national average.

That's a whole lotta I-dont-give-a-crap-ism.  Same with Montana and South Dakota.   I doubt 99% of the people in those states could even think of a gay they know.  Gays tend to gravitate towards places where there are things to do.
