LOL! The Rangers are squarely in the bottom half after making the playoffs 8 of 9 years, going to the Final, renovating the building into the best arena in the NHL, and establishing themselves as the 2nd most valuable NHL franchise behind the Leafs?
Horrible List.
EDIT: Okay, we got murdered on affordability, but the tickets always run high on the secondary market, as well. People sell their upper level tix for $100-120 BECAUSE THEY CAN. It's an arena in the middle of Manhattan that seats 18,200. I don't know how they expect the Rangers to make that cheap. Frankly, as far as fan experience goes, would you rather pay $100 to go to a packed house for a late March Rangers playoff push, or sit at a meaningless Panthers game in an empty arena for $20? The Panthers should be paying me $20 to go sit there and watch that dreadful team.
