I started the new year driving home from Chicago's Loop.

IL 4,5,6,7,14

Total: 5

Last year I got to a personal record of 180 CDs. I've discovered that my records are set in part on how many of the big urban centers I pass through, as they rack up a lot of CD's in a short drive.

History: 2019-180; 2018-178; 2017-152; 2016-108; 2015-118; 2014-107; 2013-92; (2010-cycle CDs)
2012-54; 2011-110; 2010-68 (2000-cycle CDs)

Idaho: ID-01, ID-02
Illinois: IL-05
New York: NY-23, NY-25, NY-27

My lowest number of congressional districts visited in at least ten years.
I assume that IL-05 is during a layover at O'Hare. Unless your flight used only the eastern half of the main runways or one of the old short runways, you were in IL-08 as well while in the plane on the ground.

It was a Chicago O’Hare airport layover between ID-02 and NY-25. I guessed that it was IL-05 since Mike Quigley’s House webpage says the O’Hare airport is in his district, but it was difficult to find whether the O’Hare airport is in any other districts.

The terminals are in Cook county and IL-05. The west ends of the main E-W runways extend into DuPage and IL-08. Many airports span county and/or district lines. Newark is another frequently used airport that straddles county and current CD lines.

I use https://www.govtrack.us/congress/members/map as the best tool to check the districts I've been in.
