I've only been to 7 provinces, and two were very brief (in a plane on the tarmac and visiting a building that straddles the border). Of the others these were my favorites and the places I visited:

MB: Winnipeg and the International Peace Garden
BC: Victoria
NS: Halifax and the Bay of Fundy
