We've had a series of these over at Forum Community. Here's the link to the 2010 edition. The first post includes the useful link to the govtrack.us google map to find the boundaries of any district.

I guessed as best I could. It's certainly a challenge.

I use the Google Maps overlay designed to find your rep at govtrack.us. You can zoom in pretty tight to see roads and boundaries.
