Yes, they were. You don't understand how the criminal justice system works in the United States.

I understand well. It's the "police-prosecutor-(sometimes private prisons)" establishment vs. weak people not being able to defend themselves from law abuses. Most black people are part of the latter, but they're not alone in that latter group.

I think every cop should wear a body camera. This ferguson situation would have turned out so much better if we all knew exactly what happened.

Sadly, many projects just froze because of costs. Some people thought it was a good idea to make "Freedom of Information" requests to get all was filmed by cameras and the cost of treating all those requests is insane.
