Well I am running for Senate right now. let's see how that turns out before I put my name forward for any other jobs.

Take the job now.  We shouldn't be chairmanless.

Shouldn't the party elect someone? Or maybe say your more powerful members choose like Nym90 or Harry or Al?

While I've no problem with Ben joining the UAC (unlike most of them he *is* actually a centrist and I hope he steers it in that direction and away from the naked power grab demonstrated by many of it's members), however I feel it would have been more appropriate if he had resigned his post as AFDNC chair *before* he joined the UAC.

He did, he handed his resignation officially to the President last night and only announced it here afterwards.

Most of us are centrists actually, you will find very few who aren't, I suppose ILikeVerin isn't one, nor is Brambila but they are in the minority.

Oh dear. . .. why Ben???

I would be interestd in the chairmanship if yall want me . . .

But you are PPT of the Senate, don't you think maybe you should put a lot more effort into that than trying to become the Party Chairman of the Democrats.

1) Good
2) I'd say the majority of you are... but certain people are not

Would it be possible to name a few names?

I can think of two former members who weren't, josh and assad but they left.

You mean ILikeVerin? Wink Peter Bell joined your party, besides, he isn't so liberal, I believe he is a self-professed "Wet-Tory".

KEmperor isn't... unless the word "centrist" has been inverted in some way...

Not Economically, he is socially moderate though, i think around a  -0.9 or something on political compass however he is rather economically right minded, I think around a 6ish on politcal compass.

However, this has always been the way of the United Atlas Centrists, socially liberal and economically conservative.

His views on healthcare etc are actually extremist.

Hmmm, well, I have never seen his views on healthcare so I cannot really speak here, but anyway, I suppose some UAC'ers could be deemed as not quite centrists but most are reasonably close or fall into the right quadrant for us with a few exceptions. Lets get off this topic anyway Smiley.
