Why are they referring to her as "newly elected Rep." ?   She won a primary.  Can anyone explain?

To an extend, but she's not one of my favorite lawmakers.  On many issues I agree with Musgrave, but on some I disagree with her.

No, I see that we Republicans have a number of asses in Congress (I'm not referring to Musgrave about this), as do Democrats, although I see more asses on the Dem side of the aisle Smiley
