It's the 2000 election.  Clinton runs for a 3rd term and McCain wins the Republican nomination.  What would the map look like?  I'd imagine both candidates would do better than the real 2000 candidates.  Keep in mind Buchanan would get a little more support because McCain is a moderate Republican.
