Politico: Skyrocketing Medicaid signups stir Obamacare fights

Hasn't it been demonstrated conclusively that expanding Medicaid is positive cash flow for the states that do it, thanks to the spark it gives the doctor/hospital industry, and the general positive effect on the economy that a healthier working population brings?

The spark for the doctor/hospital industry is not likely to be there so much now that the temporary  post-ACA bump in Medicaid reimbursement to providers in ending.
