The Bicameral Birthing Amendment of 2014 passed the Senate, with seven votes affirmative, two opposed, and one abstention.

Now, these are the numbers from the regions vote:

Pacific - 17% reported - Aye 2 (40%) Nay 3 (60%)
Northeast - 14% reported - Aye 2 (33%) Nay 4 (67%)
Midwest - Polls not open
Mideast - Polls not open
IDS - Polls not open

If I'm not wrong, the Amendment needs to pass in the majority of regions, so 3 regions should voting for the passage of the Amendment.

Unless they changed it when I wasn't looking, it needs to pass in 3/4 of the regions, which is in effect 4/5 of the regions.
