At best, I see Rick Perry telling Wendy Davis that the way she interprets her own life story is incorrect and that his mansplanation is the proper way for her to do so.  You see nothing wrong with that?

No. This has nothing to do with correctness and mansplanation, whatever that is.  I'm sure it could have been said more articulately, but I do believe that it's unfortunate she didn't take away from her experience a hope in the value and potential of every human life. In any case it's a praise of what she's accomplished and not a personal attack.
