My administration will be retaining GM Shua. Shua has done great work with the position, especially on the budget, and I look forward to seeing him keep the game interesting and provide the Senate and my administration with critical information.

just out of curiosity - does the Constitution give the President the authority to create new positions, or are these considered powers implied in the nature of the executive office?
