Yeah, this seems right (if not underestimating support for Biden). Biden is going to nearly double HRC's margin among these voters; Trump's responses to COVID and the BLM protests are going to be big factors in the swing.

And the SCOTUS effect?

Might help too if young people think about the fact that will affect them for probably the rest of their lives.

Anyway, Biden doing 14 points better than Hillary AND way more young people saying they will vote are both very, very good things.
