LOL@LA. Always finding a way to screw the poor. When we do bullsh**t like this in the bay we at least do it in the white, rich liberal places. Actually the only things I can think of is that trans fat ban in Marin county. See they can afford to be of trans-fats, many in south LA have to eat crap because that is what their financial situation requires.
