Probably in name, but they would be stupid to actually get rid of all of it's protections. Republicans are going to have a tough time trying to figure this out. Because if they don't, I can easily see how this sweeps the Democrats back into power. Probably a socialist in the mold of Bernie, or perhaps Bernie himself.

No major national law is secure with the staunch opposition of one major party out of power because something like this will happen eventually. Only things that are accepted by both parties become legacy.

I guess the question is do you care about the label or what's actually inside the package? Republicans may do something for show, but I doubt they change it too much. It is after all a Republican plan.......
